ingredients and function<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aluminum hydroxide (225 mg\/5 mL): A slow-acting antacid that can cause constipation.<\/li>\n<li>Magnesium hydroxide (200 mg\/5 mL): A fast-acting antacid that can cause diarrhea, offsetting the effect of aluminum.<\/li>\n<li>Simethicone (50 mg\/5 mL): An anti-flatulent that reduces gas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Uses<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relieves heartburn, indigestion and excess stomach acid.<\/li>\n<li>Used for dyspepsia (indigestion) and gastritis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions for use<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shake the bottle well before use.<\/li>\n<li>Take as directed by a doctor or pharmacist, usually 10 to 20 mL as
