What is it and how does it work?
- Type : Antifungal medicine (of the polyene family) that kills or stops the growth of fungi/yeasts.
- Combination : Often combined with triamcinolone (a corticosteroid) to reduce itching, redness and inflammation (for example, Mycolog II, Myco-Triacet-II).
- Directions : Treats fungal/yeast skin infections, not bacterial or viral ones.
