N&S Pharmacie delivers to Cap-Haïtien and the neighboring areas listed in the fee table. The fee for your neighborhood is shown at checkout, before you confirm your order. Any order of 5,000 G or more is delivered free of charge, whatever the neighborhood.
Delivery takes 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on distance, from the time your order is confirmed. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday; there is no delivery on Sundays. The delivery person contacts you on arrival.
You can also pick up your order free of charge at the counter, at 117, rue 21 E-F, Cap-Haïtien, during opening hours.
N&S Pharmacie cannot be held responsible for a delay caused by events beyond its control, including insecurity, exceptional weather conditions, blocked roads or civil unrest. In that case, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Our products come from licensed suppliers; a prescription medicine is dispensed only after the prescription has been checked.

These terms apply to every order placed on nspharmacie.com. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms in force on the date of the order.
N&S Pharmacie sells medicines, health and personal care products, dietary supplements and medical equipment. Products are imported from the United States and Europe from licensed suppliers, stored in conditions that meet pharmaceutical requirements, and checked before delivery: packaging integrity and expiry date.
Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product you ordered is no longer available, you will be informed within 24 hours and can choose between an equivalent product and a full refund for that product.
Prescription medicines. A prescription-only medicine is dispensed only on presentation of a valid prescription, sent as a photo on WhatsApp to +509 3694-9341 and checked by the pharmacist. N&S Pharmacie may refuse an order when the prescription is missing, illegible or does not match the product requested.

Prices in gourdes. You pay by MonCash, card or bank transfer; cash on delivery is not available.

Prices are shown in Haitian gourdes (HTG). The price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed; N&S Pharmacie may change its prices at any time for future orders.
Three payment methods are accepted:
- MonCash : immediate payment when you place your order.
- Bank card : immediate payment, processed by our secure payment provider.
- Bank transfer : your order is prepared once payment is received, usually within 24 to 48 business hours. Send your proof of transfer on WhatsApp to +509 3694-9341 to speed up verification.
Cash on delivery is not available.
Returns and complaints
A product that is damaged, wrong or expired on delivery is exchanged or refunded if you contact us within 24 hours.

For health reasons, a medicine or health product that has been dispensed cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases:
- product defective or damaged on delivery;
- an error on our part regarding the product delivered;
- product expired at the time of delivery.
How to proceed. Message us on WhatsApp at +509 3694-9341 within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo of the product and your order number. We review the request within 24 to 48 business hours, then exchange or refund the product, as you prefer.

The information published on the site is carefully checked. However, N&S Pharmacie cannot be held responsible for the effects of misuse of a medicine, of self-medication without medical advice, or of a temporary interruption of the site for maintenance.

We use your data to process and deliver your orders. We never sell it.

What we collect. Your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your delivery address, your order history and, when you send them, your prescriptions. The site also records technical browsing data.
Why. To process, prepare and deliver your orders, check a prescription, contact you about an order, keep our accounts and meet our legal obligations. We only send you offers if you have agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with. With the delivery person (name, phone, address), with the provider of the payment method you choose (amount and transaction data), and with health authorities when required by law. N&S Pharmacie never sells, rents or transfers your data for commercial purposes.
Health data. Prescriptions and the medicines ordered are sensitive data. Only the staff who need them to fulfil your order can access them.
Retention. Your data is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your orders and meet our accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Security. The whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), account passwords are encrypted, and access to data is limited to authorized staff.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to receiving offers, by writing to contact@nspharmacie.com or on WhatsApp at +509 3694-9341. Deletion may be limited by our legal obligations, for example for invoices.
Cookies. Essential cookies make the cart and customer account work. Others are used to measure site traffic, with the Jetpack Stats tool. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
