Are your medicines genuine?
Yes. They are imported from the United States and Europe from licensed suppliers. With every delivery, the batch number, the expiry date and the condition of the packaging are checked. The pharmacy is licensed by the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP).
How much does delivery to my home cost?
From 75 G for downtown Cap-Haïtien to 250 G for Morne Rouge, depending on your neighborhood. It is free from 5,000 G in purchases. The exact fee is shown before payment: see all neighborhoods.
How long does delivery take?
Between 15 minutes and 1 hour, depending on distance. There is no delivery on Sundays.
How can I pay?
By MonCash, bank card or bank transfer. For a bank transfer, your order is prepared as soon as payment is received. Cash on delivery is not available.
Can I pick up my order at the pharmacy?
Yes, free of charge, at 117, rue 21 E-F, Cap-Haïtien. The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
A product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo of the product. We review the request within 24 to 48 business hours, then exchange or refund the product. This also applies to a wrong product or a product that was expired on delivery.
