Diclo Gel (Diclogel, topical diclofenac) is a topical pain reliever used to relieve muscle and joint pain, as well as inflammation due to injuries such as sprains, strains, tennis elbow and osteoarthritis. It contains an NSAID (diclofenac) and often menthol/methyl salicylate for a cooling, soothing effect. Apply gently to clean skin (not to open wounds) 2 to 4 times a day and massage in well. Avoid tight bandages and heat. Wash your hands after use. This product is generally intended for adults and teenagers aged 14 and over. It is contraindicated in case of allergy to NSAIDs or aspirin.

Uses

Muscle and joint pain: backache, tendinitis, arthritis, sprains, strains, bruises and sports injuries.
Reduces inflammation: helps reduce swelling and stiffness.

Directions for use

Application: gently massage a thin layer onto the affected area 2 to 4 times a day, depending on the size of the area.
Absorption: make sure the product is completely absorbed by the skin.
Hand washing: always wash your hands after application.

Do not apply to damaged skin, open wounds, the eyes or the mouth. Do not cover with tight bandages or apply heat, unless advised otherwise by a doctor.

Precautions for use:

Allergies: avoid in case of allergy to diclofenac, aspirin or other NSAIDs.
Asthma: people prone to asthma attacks triggered by pain relievers should avoid this product.
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: generally not recommended.
Children: not suitable for children under 14 years old. Possible adverse effects
Skin reactions: Redness, itching, burning, dryness or rash at the application site.

Serious reactions (rare): A blistering rash requires immediate medical attention.
