- Parasitic infections : giardiasis, amebiasis and trichomoniasis.
- Helicobacter pylori : in combination with other medicines for the treatment of stomach ulcers.
- Dental infections : gum infections, gingivitis and dental abscesses.
Directions for use
- Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.
- You can take this medicine with food or a large glass of water or milk to avoid digestive upset.
- Complete the whole treatment, even if you feel better sooner, to avoid resistance.
Important notes
- Ineffective against viruses: this medicine does not work against viral infections (colds, flu).
- Alcohol: avoid alcohol, as it can cause severe nausea, vomiting and flushing.
